SHIPPING POLICY
We offer FREE shipping on all orders of 25$ or more. For orders under 25$, we offer an expedited shipping parcel for a flat fee of $6.80 in Canada and the U.S. Shipping in Canada is expensive, we know it, but we are convinced that 6.80$ to get some of the best coffee freshly roasted is well worth it.
Shipping Cutoff times
Ground shipping: Orders are shipped out next business day.
To have a better idea:
* We cannot guarantee the exact time of delivery, here are good expectations of delivery times:
1) Delivery in Quebec is generally 1-2 business days.
2) Delivery in Canada and the North-East U.S is generally 3-5 business days.
REFUND POLICY
We want to serve you the best possible product, as it must live up to our claim of excellence. Because we want to maintain this level of excellence we offer a 14 day money back guarantee (excluding freight charges) if you are unhappy with your purchase.
To request a refund, email us at info@sawahoc.com with proof of purchase and a picture of the product. We will get back to you within 1 business day to review your request. If approved, a refund will be automatically applied to your credit card or the original method of payment within a period of 7 business days.
